The predecessor of Jiangsu Jinjiayi Electronic New Materials Co., Ltd. was Changshu Haoxiang Electronic Co., Ltd., established in April 2003 with a long-standing presence in the electronic protective film industry. The company's production base is located at No. 3 Taihu West Road, Changshu-Sihong Industrial Park, Sihong County, Jiangsu Province; situated at the strategic intersection of the Huang-Huai-Hai Economic Zone and the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt, it enjoys exceptional logistical advantages.

 

The factory, which began operations in July 2021 following a total investment of 150 million RMB, is a comprehensive high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, product design, manufacturing, and sales. Factory Introduction

 

The company's production base is located in the Changsi Industrial Park in Sihong. The facility features standardized dust-free coating workshops and represents a total investment of RMB 150 million to create a modern, intelligent manufacturing plant, driving a comprehensive upgrade toward automated production.

 

The site houses multiple fully automated precision coating lines, supported by high-precision downstream processing equipment-such as rewinders and slitters-and advanced inspection systems. It also employs industry-leading RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) waste gas treatment and recovery equipment; achieving a treatment efficiency of 99.8%, this system combines environmental protection with thermal energy recovery to ensure green, energy-efficient production. A digital management system has been implemented, utilizing ERP software to coordinate the entire workflow-from production and warehousing to quality control. The production environment is strictly controlled to minimize dust and impurities, meeting the stringent cleanliness standards required for high-end electronic and lithium-battery materials.

 

Additionally, the facility includes a dedicated zone for new energy materials, with a specialized business unit managing the mass production of protective films for lithium batteries; the hardware and software infrastructure fully complies with the rigorous production requirements for power and energy storage battery materials, enabling the stable fulfillment of large-scale, customized orders.

We are Protective tape and film experts

The company specializes in high-end protective tapes and films for the electronics and new energy sectors. Its core substrates include polyester and polyimide films, while its adhesive systems encompass acrylic, silicone, and rubber hot-melt types; the product lineup features standardized models such as 1012, 201, 202, 301, 5011, and 6011. Key flagship products include blue protective films for lithium batteries and polyimide protective films; the 1012 polyester model is designed for the lithium battery formation process, offering high-temperature resistance and residue-free removal. The 201 series polyimide (PI) tapes are widely used in applications requiring high-temperature resistance, electrical insulation, and residue-free performance. The 6011 rubber hot-melt tape is primarily used for securing battery cells within aluminum casings, offering excellent acid/alkali resistance and drop-impact performance. All products-including thickness, length, and adhesion-can be customized to meet specific requirements; standard thicknesses range from 0.02mm to 0.30mm, and adhesion levels span 0.02–30N/25mm.

In the power battery segment, the products support the entire manufacturing process for automotive lithium-ion power batteries, energy storage batteries, and consumer lithium batteries; applications include cell formation protection, tab insulation, terminal fixation, and securing aluminum cell casings. For energy storage batteries, the films provide insulation and protection for large-format cells, enhancing safety by improving resistance to acids, alkalis, and impact (drop) damage.

In the electronics sector, the products are used for the insulation and surface protection of various electronic components, preventing issues such as scratches during production and contamination from adhesive residue. For the photovoltaic industry, the films serve as auxiliary materials for module insulation and temporary surface protection.

Rewinding and slitting equipment is equipped with Mitsubishi PLCs and servo systems from Japan, enabling high-precision control over tension and pressure, resulting in industry-leading flatness and dimensional accuracy. Environmental protection systems incorporate advanced RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) units-utilizing Siemens controls and imported US alloy valves-to achieve a 99.8% exhaust treatment rate while simultaneously recovering thermal energy to reduce consumption.

Quality control is supported by a comprehensive suite of high-precision instruments-including Kejian testing equipment, Changchuang withstand-voltage testers, and Japanese Sanliang insulation/megohmmeter testers-along with X-Rite colorimeters. These tools enable full-spectrum performance testing covering insulation resistance, withstand voltage, peel strength, electrolyte resistance, high/low-temperature weatherability, and color difference, ensuring comprehensive pre-shipment verification of protective film performance and achieving fully automated, high-precision control across the entire process from production to inspection.
