Polyimide protective film is a high-performance adhesive tape designed for high-temperature industrial applications. It uses high-quality polyimide film as the base material and is coated with high-temperature silicone or acrylic adhesive. We established our business in 2003. Our previous company name was Changshu Haoxiang Electronics Co., Ltd., and we have accumulated 23 years of experience in this industry.

In July 2021, we started production at our new factory in Sihong. We invested RMB 150 million in this facility to improve production capacity and environmental protection systems. Our factory is equipped with an RTO waste gas treatment system, which uses a Siemens control system and alloy valves from the United States. The system can remove up to 99.8% of waste gas emissions.

The system has been approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. We also hold a valid environmental assessment certificate and pollutant discharge permit. We control quality throughout the entire production process. Before manufacturing starts, we provide professional training and production planning for our employees. All incoming raw materials are carefully inspected before use.

During production, we monitor adhesive thickness, color consistency, and surface defects in real time. We test peel strength and initial tack at both the beginning and end of each roll. After slitting and rewinding, every roll receives a 100% inspection before packaging.

We provide OEM and ODM services based on customer drawings or samples. Custom sample development usually takes 1 to 4 weeks, and free samples are available for testing. The thickness range is from 0.015 to 0.20mm, and adhesion can be customized from 2.0 to 10.0 N/25mm according to different application requirements.

Our products meet halogen-free environmental standards and are certified with ISO9001 and IATF16949. Every production batch is traceable. We use professional testing equipment, including Kejian testing machines, a Japanese Sanryo insulation tester, and an X-Rite colorimeter.
