After exposure to a specific wavelength of UV light, the adhesive layer undergoes a chemical change, causing the adhesion strength to decrease significantly. The workpiece can then be removed easily and cleanly with minimal adhesive residue.

We have extensive experience in adhesive tape manufacturing. Our professional R&D team holds more than ten patents and has independent product development capabilities.
Our factory started production in July 2021, with an investment of RMB 150 million. The facility includes a standard dust-free coating workshop and automated production lines.
The coating equipment uses a Siemens 1200 PLC control system to accurately control adhesive coating thickness. We also use Mitsubishi PLC systems and servo technology for rewinding and slitting processes. These advanced manufacturing systems help ensure product precision, consistency, and stable quality.
Our factory is also equipped with an RTO waste gas treatment system, which achieves 99.8% waste gas removal efficiency. Our UV releasable tape is manufactured through a modern production system with strict process control.

Full Testing and Customization Options
We conduct comprehensive testing before shipment to verify product performance. Our inspection process includes adhesion testing before and after UV exposure, release performance evaluation, residue testing, and storage stability testing.
We provide OEM and ODM customization services according to customer requirements. Custom sample development usually takes 1 to 4 weeks, and free samples are available for testing.
The minimum order quantity is 100 square meters. The tape is halogen-free and meets environmental requirements for global applications.
