We invested RMB 150 million in the construction of our modern production facility. The factory started operation in July 2021 and has been upgraded with advanced automation systems.

The plant is equipped with multiple fully automatic precision coating lines. These production lines use Siemens and Mitsubishi control systems to accurately manage tension, pressure, and coating parameters.

Advanced production equipment helps us maintain consistent surface quality and dimensional accuracy. We have also obtained the IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management certification, which requires strict control of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

We perform comprehensive quality testing throughout the production process. Our testing equipment includes Kejian testing machines, a Changchuang withstand voltage tester, and a Japanese Sanryo insulation tester.

These instruments are used to evaluate insulation resistance, voltage withstand performance, and product reliability. We also conduct electrolyte resistance tests and high-low temperature aging tests to verify performance under different operating conditions.

We provide OEM and ODM customization services based on customer drawings or samples. Free samples are available for testing and evaluation. The minimum order quantity is 100 square meters.
