In 2021, we completed the construction of our new factory in Sihong with an investment of RMB 150 million. The facility is equipped with multiple fully automatic precision coating lines. These production lines use Siemens control systems and Inovance servo systems to achieve accurate adhesive coating control.

This advanced equipment helps us maintain consistent thickness, stable performance, and reliable quality across different production batches. We also use an ERP management system to monitor the complete manufacturing process. From production and warehousing to quality inspection, every step is traceable.

We apply strict quality control throughout the entire production process. We begin with incoming raw material inspection and continue with online monitoring during coating. After slitting and rewinding, every roll receives a 100% final inspection before shipment.

We provide OEM and ODM services according to customer requirements. Our team can develop customized products based on technical drawings or application needs. Free samples are available for testing, and the custom development period is usually 1 to 4 weeks.

The tape thickness can be customized from 0.015 to 0.30mm, and the adhesion range can be adjusted from 4.0 to 8.0 N/25mm according to different applications.
