Before shipment, we conduct comprehensive inspections on every batch of double-sided tape. We test bonding strength on both sides and evaluate functional performance to ensure the product meets application requirements.

The standard thickness range is 0.02mm to 0.30mm, and the adhesion level can be customized from 0.02 to 30 N/25mm. We provide OEM and ODM services, including customized thickness, width, and functional requirements.

Custom samples usually take 1 to 4 weeks for preparation, and free samples are available for testing. The minimum order quantity is 100 square meters. The tape is halogen-free and manufactured under ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems.
