Performance Testing and Custom Options
Before shipment, we conduct comprehensive testing on every batch of heat-resistant tape. We evaluate adhesion performance under high-temperature conditions and test peel force and holding power on both sides.
The standard thickness range is 0.02mm to 0.30mm, and the adhesion can be customized from 0.02 to 30 N/25mm. We provide OEM and ODM services to meet different application requirements. Customers can customize thickness, width, and heat resistance levels according to their needs.
Free samples are available for testing, and the minimum order quantity is 100 square meters. The tape is halogen-free and meets environmental requirements.
