Green Production with RTO System
Our factory is equipped with an advanced RTO waste gas treatment system to support environmentally responsible manufacturing. This system uses Siemens control units and alloy valves imported from the United States. It can remove 99.8% of waste gas emissions while recovering heat energy generated during production.
The system has been approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. We have obtained the required environmental assessment certificate and discharge permit to ensure compliant operation. All environmental documents are complete and valid.

The standard thickness range is 0.02mm to 0.30mm, and the adhesion level can be customized from 0.02 to 30 N/25mm according to application requirements. We provide OEM and ODM services to support different customer needs.
