PI High-Temperature Tape Features:
1. Temperature resistance reaches 280°C-20°C higher than similar products-with stable performance;
2. Features excellent adhesion, good conformability, and resistance to high temperatures, solvents, and voltage; offers flame retardancy and prevents solder seepage;
3. Anti-static series available, with surface resistivity ranging from 10⁶ to 10⁹ ohms;
4. Performance remains stable after high-temperature exposure; leaves no adhesive residue upon removal;
5. Eco-friendly and halogen-free; RoHS certified;
6. Excellent electrical insulation properties, with a dielectric strength exceeding 4kV.
PI High-Temperature Tape Applications:
1. Primarily used in SMT processes (reflow soldering, wave soldering, and dip soldering) for circuit board masking, "gold finger" protection, and insulation of electronic components;
2. Surface protection where residue-free removal after high-temperature exposure is required; masking for high-temperature spraying of PCB "gold fingers";
3. Widely used for solder masking and high-temperature insulation binding of transformer coils;
4. Suitable for motor insulation, PCB solder masking, motor coil securing, lithium battery pack wrapping, etc.;
5. Insulation material for capacitors; surface protection/masking during high-temperature spraying or sandblasting of metal parts.
