Handling, Use, and Maintenance of High-Temperature Resistant Conveyor Belts:
(1) Belts should be stored in a warehouse, protected from direct sunlight and rain. Avoid contact with acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents; keep the storage area clean and dry. Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from heat sources and keep the ambient temperature between 15°C and 40°C.
(2) Belts should be positioned correctly without folding or creasing; if stored for an extended period, they should be turned over quarterly.
(3) During loading and unloading, use a spreader beam and rigging to lift the belt smoothly, preventing damage to the edges. Avoid rough handling that could cause the roll to loosen.
(4) Select the appropriate belt type and specifications based on specific operational requirements and conditions.
(5) Do not use belts of different types, specifications, strength ratings, or ply counts joined together in the same system.
